As the Medical Director of Sagar Hospital DSI, Dr. Ashok demonstrated exceptional leadership by swiftly converting negative EBIDTA to positive within a mere four months, marking a remarkable turnaround for the institution.

Prior to his current roles, Dr. Ashok served as the Dean and Principal of M S Ramiaih Medical College, where he played a pivotal role in elevating its rating from 30 to one of the top 10 medical schools in the country.

In addition to his institutional roles, Dr. Ashok has served as the Director of COMEDK, overseeing examinations for lakhs of students across India for admissions to various professional courses. He has also served as an examiner for senior postgraduate MS and DNB examinations for over three decades.

Dr. Ashok's professional affiliations include memberships in esteemed organizations such as the Association of Surgeons of India and the International College of Surgeons. He is also recognized as a gold medalist in surgery and has received accolades such as the Best Teacher in Surgery by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Mr. Nandakumar brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on information technology. Throughout his career, he has held senior-level positions and spearheaded numerous projects that have significantly impacted the sector.

Starting his journey in Indian Bank, Mr. Nandakumar served in general banking and the Central Planning and Development Department (CPPD) for over 20 years. During this time, he played a pivotal role in setting up the IT department of the Mutual Fund subsidiary of Indian Bank, a pioneering initiative in the nascent Mutual Fund Industry in India.

As Vice President of a new private sector bank, Mr. Nandakumar led the establishment of an entirely new IT wing, overseeing the identification of core banking software, implementation on IBM AS400 hardware, setting up VSAT communication networks, and staffing.

One of his notable achievements includes the development and countrywide implementation of an Integrated Transportation Management Software for House of Patels in Mumbai, showcasing his expertise in software development and project management.

In his role as General Manager, Projects at FSS, Mr. Nandakumar spearheaded the implementation of industry-leading Card transaction switching software BASE24 in major banks across India. His projects spanned various interchanges including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and NFS (National Financial Switch), managing BASE24 projects for prominent banks such as State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and many others.

Currently, Mr. Nandakumar serves as the Managing Director of NETZ Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, a software development company specializing in the finance industry.
